    از فرم خوراکی در ابتدا استفاده شود ۵۰ تا ۱۰۰ میلی گرم در ابتدا و
    سپس تکرار دوز تا هنگامی که برانگیختگی فرد کنترل
    شود. حداکثر دوز ۳۰۰ میلی گرم در روز است.

    کودکان بالای ۶ سال
    • اضطراب :
    ۵ میلی گرم ۲ تا ۴ بار در روز که ممکن است در صورت نیاز به ۱۰ میلی گرم ۲ تا ۴ بار در روز افزایش یابد .

    هنوز به نتایجی نرسیده ایم که به صورت

    مصرف این دارو در پیشگیری یا کاهش
    سردرد ناشی از حمله‌ های میگرنی که در اثر اضطراب ایجاد شده است می‌تواند موثر باشد؛ اما درمان‌کننده میگرن نیست.

    گرچه هنوز ارتباط مستقیمی بین کلردیازپوکساید و میگرن شناسایی نشده، اما به نظر می‌رسد
    قطع مصرف آن در برخی از مبتلایان به میگرن ممکن است باعث افزایش سردرد و علائم آن شود.

    توصیه می‌شود مصرف این دارو را تحت نظر پزشک شروع کنید و پس از درمان، به تدریج مصرف آن را کاهش دهید.

    کلردیازپوکساید یا پروپرانول
    تداخل نگران کننده ای با مصرف این داروها اتفاق نمی افتد.

    اما بهتر است هرگونه تغییر یا اضافه
    شدن دارو با مشورت با روانپزشک معالج تان صورت گیرد.

    درمان میگرن عصبی
    از این دارو برای مدت کوتاهی باید استفاده شود، چون در مصرف طولانی می‌تواند وابستگی ایجاد کند.

    هر چه وابستگی به مصرف آن بیشتر باشد، حذف یا کاهش دوز آن با عوارض
    شدیدتری همراه خواهد بود.

    مصرف این دارو در پیشگیری یا کاهش سردرد ناشی از
    حمله‌ های میگرنی که در اثر اضطراب ایجاد شده است می‌تواند موثر باشد؛ اما
    درمان‌کننده میگرن نیست.

    استرس موجب تحریک عصب معده و در نتیجه التهاب آن می‌ شود.

    استرس مهم‌ ترین عامل تحریک و
    ترشح هورمون‌ هایی است که
    موجب التهاب معده و در نتیجه ورم معده می‌
    شود.

    احساس پری، درد، نفخ معده، سیری زودرس
    و حتی گاهی احساس گرسنگی
    بیش از حد از علائم این بیماری محسوب می‌شود.

    گلوبوس یک احساس است که فرد به صورت اشتباه تصور می‌کند که یک لقمه در گلویش گیر کرده و هرچه قورت می‌ دهد هم از بین نمی‌رود،
    اما این احساس بر اثر برگشت اسید به داخل حنجره به وجود می‌ آید.

    این بیماری در همه سنین رخ می‌دهد، اما شیوع
    آن در کودکان کمتر بوده و در بزرگسالان نیز شیوع آن در سنین میانسالی است.
    زنان به علت زودرنج بودن‌شان بیشتر در معرض تحریک
    عصب معده قرار دارند.

    برای درمان و تخفیف در علائم این بیماری، در مرحله اول باید از استرس و تشویش دوری کرد؛ چراکه یکی
    از فاکتورهای مهم ایجاد بیماری استرس است.

    همچنین این بیماری دوره
    درمانی مشخصی ندارد. یکی از شایع‌ ترین داروهایی که برای درمان
    تجویز می‌شود قرص کلردیازپوکساید به همراه داروهای
    ضد اسید است.

    کلردیازپوکساید برای کودکان
    باید درمان در کودکان با پایین ترین دوز آغاز
    شود و در صورت نیاز دوز دارو افزایش پیدا کند.
    در ابتدا برای کودکان 5 میلی گرم،
    2 تا 4 بار در روز در نظر گرفته می شود .اما در بعضی
    از کودکان بیمار ممکن است به 10
    میلی گرم، 2 تا 3 بار در روز افزایش پیدا کند.

    استفاده از این دارو برای کودکان زیر 6 سال توصیه نمی شود.

    این دارو موجب اختلال در هوشیاری ذهنی کودکان نیز می‌شود.

    Commercial nuclear power is sometimes viewed by the general public as a dangerous or unstable process. This perception is often based on three global nuclear accidents, its false association with nuclear weapons, and how it is portrayed on popular television shows and films.
    DOE and its national labs are working with industry to develop new reactors and fuels that will increase the overall performance of these technologies and reduce the amount of nuclear waste that is produced.
    Many people view used fuel as a growing problem and are apprehensive about its transportation, storage, and disposal. DOE is responsible for the eventual disposal and associated transport of all used fuel, most of which is currently securely stored at more than 70 sites in 35 states. For the foreseeable future, this fuel can safely remain at these facilities until a permanent disposal solution is determined by Congress.
    The location of the storage facility would be selected through DOE’s consent-based siting process that puts communities at the forefront and would ultimately reduce the number of locations where commercial spent nuclear fuel is stored in the United States.
    Building a nuclear power plant can be discouraging for stakeholders. Conventional reactor designs are considered multi-billion dollar infrastructure projects. High capital costs, licensing and regulation approvals, coupled with long lead times and construction delays, have also deterred public interest.
    DOE is rebuilding its nuclear workforce by supporting the construction of two new reactors at Plant Vogtle in Waynesboro, Georgia. The units are the first new reactors to begin construction in the United States in more than 30 years. The expansion project supported up to 9,000 workers at peak construction and created 800 permanent jobs at the facility when the units came online in 2023 and 2024.
    DOE is also supporting the development of smaller reactor designs, such as microreactors and small modular reactors, that will offer even more flexibility in size and power capacity to the customer. These factory-built systems are expected to dramatically reduce construction timelines and will make nuclear more affordable to build and operate.
    To further improve operating costs. DOE is also working with industry to develop new fuels and cladding known as accident tolerant fuels. These new fuels could increase plant performance, allowing for longer response times and will produce less waste. Accident tolerant fuels could gain widespread use by 2025.
    One nuclear power plant takes on average about 14-1/2 years to build, from the planning phase all the way to operation. According to the World Health Organization, about 7.1 million people die from air pollution each year, with more than 90 percent of these deaths from energy-related combustion. So switching out our energy system to nuclear would result in about 93 million people dying, as we wait for all the new nuclear plants to be built in the all-nuclear scenario.
    Utility-scale wind and solar farms, on the other hand, take on average only two to five years, from the planning phase to operation. Rooftop solar PV projects are down to only a 6-month timeline. So transitioning to 100% renewables as soon as possible would result in tens of millions fewer deaths.
    The time lag between planning and operation of a nuclear reactor includes the times to identify a site, obtain a site permit, purchase or lease the land, obtain a construction permit, obtain financing and insurance for construction, install transmission, negotiate a power purchase agreement, obtain permits, build the plant, connect it to transmission, and obtain a final operating license.
    The planning-to-operation (PTO) times of all nuclear plants ever built have been 10-19 years or more.     Policies that encourage police presence at schools, harsh tactics including physical restraint, and automatic punishments that result in suspensions and out-of-class time are huge contributors to the pipeline, but the problem is more complex than that.

    This week, I was able to work on a project explaining one way in which exploitation of incarcerated people undermines the democratic rights of those of us not in prisons- Prison gerrymandering. Prison gerrymandering lessens the voice we have in our government. When the area each elected official represents is distributed based on population, people in prisons are sometimes used to boost numbers in certain areas even though the prisoners have no vote in government. This means that people who live near a prison get more of a say because the representative they elect is not serving the prison population and so each vote cast by the actual residents of the district is counted more.
    PPI works on a lot of issues, so I had the luck to help on some other problems, too. I went with Aleks who was testifying in Connecticut on a bill trying to at least lessen the enhanced penalty zones (currently a 1500ft radius) for selling or possessing drugs around a school, public housing, or day care. Of course, research shows that kids are far more likely to get drugs from each other than random adults.
    HM Prison Spring Hill is a Category D men’s prison, located in the village of Grendon Underwood, in Buckinghamshire, England. The prison is operated by His Majesty’s Prison Service, and is jointly managed with HMP Grendon, which is situated next to Spring Hill.
    Originally known as Grendon Hall, the building was constructed in 1872 as a family home. During the Second World War the site was initially used as a base for MI6, and was then a training centre for the Special Operations Executive. After the war, the site was converted by the Prison Service, and became the first open prison in the United Kingdom in 1953.
    Spring Hill is a Category D open resettlement prison for male adults. Most of the prisoners held at Spring Hill are long-term inmates, transferred from other prisons for the last few years of their sentence.
